Private meal selection
Pick your meals, when your program includes a choice window.
Eligible Reboot Nutrition clients can choose from approved menu options for an upcoming delivery before the cutoff.
Meal planning options
Some clients want us to plan everything. Some want a hand on the wheel.
Your program determines how much meal selection is available. If you do not choose for an eligible item, our team continues planning around your preferences and dietary restrictions.
Meal Select
Choose one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner, and your included snacks from that day's available choices.
Meal Select+
Choose from a broader meal list and select any combination of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options when your account is set up for that flexibility.
How it works
Open. Review. Save.

When meal selection is available for your account, we send a private link by email or text for the delivery date shown on the page.
Review choices
Your page may show Meal Select or Meal Select+ options, ingredient notes, and any listed conflicts with your no-ingredient list.
Save picks
Submit your choices before the cutoff time. While the window remains open, you can return to the link and update your selections.

The choices are real
Meal selection works inside the practical realities of your program, our kitchen schedule, ingredient availability, and your account settings.
Cutoffs matter
After the cutoff time, your link may close and your meals may already be finalized for production. Changes after the cutoff are not guaranteed.

The selection page does not show every recipe we make. Available options vary by date, kitchen schedule, delivery program, and your dietary profile.
